Calendly link needs a valid event URL
In Calendly, open the event people should book → Share → copy the scheduling link. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CALENDLY_URL to that full URL (for example https://calendly.com/your-name/30-minute). Profile-only links often 404 inside the embed.
